GAC Technology’s Tech teams represent over 40% of our workforce. Their main mission: to design and develop all the functionalities of our management software and mobile applications.

They are made up of two main teams:

Our technical functions are at the heart of the innovation and development of our software solutions, including Back-end Developers, Front-end Developers and Data Analysts.

Our IT department is also an integral part of this, providing internal and external technical support.

Our dedicated product functions are responsible for steering and managing the ongoing development of our products: Product Managers, Product Owners and Scrum Masters.

Our sales and customer satisfaction teams

Our sales and customer satisfaction teams play a key role in marketing all the Group’s software solutions.

These multi-skilled teams are made up of two complementary divisions:

Customer Success Managers ensure ongoing customer satisfaction by following up after project deployment. They evaluate the integration of solutions within the company, offer additional training and support customers in resolving any problems they may encounter.

They are responsible for identifying prospects’ needs, presenting them with the most appropriate solutions and accompanying them through to contract signature. Within this team, one person also specializes in managing and maintaining relations with our indirect customers. She ensures smooth and efficient collaboration with them, while taking care to meet their specific needs and strengthen partnerships over the long term.

Our customer service teams

Our customer service team is structured into three complementary divisions, each playing an essential role in the successful deployment of our solutions for our customers:

They take over from the sales team to ensure the deployment of our solutions within companies. Their mission includes training users, integrating customer data into our software, and setting up data connections with our suppliers. Thanks to their expertise, they guarantee smooth integration and successful adoption of our tools.

This department is responsible for providing technical and functional support for our customers’ applications. They respond reactively and efficiently to requests, help customers to resolve problems, and diagnose any malfunctions. In addition, they propose appropriate solutions and update the technical and functional documentation of the applications to ensure rigorous follow-up.

Our management software is linked to the GAC Hub, a data ecosystem that enables automatic data feedback. This team manages relations with customer suppliers (rental companies, oil companies, insurers, etc.) and government services (SIV, ANTAI), as well as internal company departments (HR data, accounting, expense reports). They ensure the integration and smooth running of data flows in our tools, guaranteeing optimal information management.


Our marketing and communications team

The marketing and communications department plays a key role in increasing the visibility of our software, attracting new customers and retaining existing ones. Its missions encompass a variety of activities, such as digital marketing, events, advertising campaigns and customer communications. At the same time, the team plays an active role in stimulating company life through challenges between colleagues, reinforcing internal cohesion and dynamism.


Our administration and finance team

This department ensures the smooth running of the company by managing administrative operations, employee development and well-being, and financial health. Working in synergy, these three divisions oversee legal compliance, recruitment, training and budget management, guaranteeing an efficient and sustainable organization.

This department is responsible for the company’s administrative management, ensuring that operations are organized efficiently and that legal obligations are met. It ensures that contracts, insurance and relations with external partners are properly managed. The team also ensures that internal communications run smoothly, and that each department has the resources it needs to function at its best.

This division is responsible for the rigorous management of the company’s finances. It oversees accounting, cash management, budgeting and the financial analyses that support our strategic decisions. This department oversees the company’s financial health, while anticipating future challenges to ensure sustainable growth.

This department places employees at the heart of our strategy. It is responsible for recruitment, integration, ongoing training and support for teams throughout their careers. Employee well-being, skills development and commitment are our priorities.
